1960s coffee or side table which is perfect for serving afternoon coffee or tea because of its height.  Made in Hong Kong which is stamped on the back of the brass circular removable tray table top.  The six stained dark red wooden spider-leg supporting base with feature brass finial tips are foldable allowing the table to be flat-packed for storage purposes when the table is not in use if space is an issue. The removable hand-etched decorative brass tray has a raised scalloped edge and is engraved with a forest scene including birds, animals and flowers as well as some Chinese calligraphy in the centre.  

The tray has been put to use in the past therefore the wear is consistent with its age and functionality.  The legs swivel on a metal plate.  There is some small cracks to the legs shown in the images as well as some wear to the rubber pads on the top of each leg which the tray sits on which aren't visible when its in place.
